My own personal journey towards self-discovery, authenticity and empowerment has served as the bedrock of this nurturing sanctuary. Having spent years entangled in self-imposed limitations, I was blind to the wealth of potential that lay within me.

Having completed a Law degree and practised Law for over a decade, I understand the delicate dance of balancing family, career and personal growth, having lived through the challenges and demands of corporate life myself.

The struggle of juggling multiple roles and maintaining my own personal development is a road I have travelled. The constant pull between responsibilities and aspirations, the guilt that can creep in when work overshadows home, and the exhaustion that comes with it all were part of my journey too.

In the past, I have not had belief in myself. I did not trust in my abilities and, if I'm really honest, I did not have my own back. I had been racked with guilt, exhaustion and a fear of failure, and worst of all, no boundaries!

Eventually, the weight of carrying outdated patterns and beliefs from my past, alongside the stresses of my professional life, led me to a transformative realisation. I needed a change.

This pivotal moment steered me towards the tools and techniques that have become instrumental in transcending fears and limitations.
