A journey to self-discovery
How I learned to get out of my own way!
Having limited my life for so many years I now know what true freedom is!
I have found the key to unlocking a life that I only dreamed of, and all it took was to get out of my own way….it has boundaries, fulfilment, purpose, power and most of all, I have never felt more authentic and empowered to do and be whatever lights me up!
Having done a Law degree in my 40’s I have practiced Law for 10 years and I love my job but it’s a job all the same… I realised that studying and practicing law, that it is sheer determination that gets me through. In the past, I have not had belief in myself. I did not trust in my abilities and, if I’m really honest. I did not have my own back, I had been racked with guilt, exhaustion and a fear of failure and worst of all no boundaries!
No one would have known though I am the master of disguise!
I realised that what was driving a lot of my behaviours were old patterns that I had held with me since childhood and I was limiting my ability to make money, make healthy decisions and to have an incredible life.
So, if you are someone who suspects that you may be doing it the hard way whether it’s your work life, home life or just life itself drop me a line, join my community and begin to engage in a community that is empowering, supportive but most of all happy!
